Help LFI support the British Red Cross

SUPPORT THE DEC UKRAINE APPEAL

Team LFI has become very concerned about the recent intensification of fighting in Ukraine. It’s become a dangerous, and distressing time for the countries’ communities. The ongoing armed conflict is forcing people to evacuate their homes, leave their belongings, and become separated from their loved ones. This is meaning having to live without the most basic of supplies, like food and water.

This is a conflict that is hitting people daily on a personal, psychological and emotional level, bringing death, injury and a huge mental toll of ongoing insecurity. We feel we must act and show our support to help protect people caught up in this crisis and as part of our ongoing commitments to support charities close to our hearts, we'd like to invite you to kindly donate to the British Red Cross and its Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Appeal.

WHO ARE THE BRITISH RED CROSS?

For over 150 years, the British Red Cross plays a vital role in emergency response, helping millions of people in the UK and across the world, putting kindness into action. Incorporated by the Royal Charter way back in 1908 it was created with the vision of helping those in crisis, whoever they are and wherever they live. In times of crisis, they are there to help. But without LFI, and help from yourself, the British Red Cross can’t support everyone who needs them, including the ongoing, ever-changing crisis situation in Ukraine.

I WANT TO HELP, WHAT CAN I DO?

As well as our fundraising efforts, Team LFI are collecting donations to send to Ukraine on behalf of both the British Red Cross and Naturewatch Foundation. We'll ensure all of your donations make it to those that need them urgently, covering the time and costs of the logistics so you don't have to.
