By having a simple, customer-focused procedure, our team will take you through each step of the process to ensure all your requirements and expectations are met with the professionalism and expertise, we at LFI, pride ourselves on.
Your email or phone call will be answered by our sales team who will collect and review your requirements. This will be logged onto our enquiries system and handed over to our technical team to evaluate what options we can offer.
The technical team will review the requirements and develop possible solutions, if more detail is required we may need to contact you, possibly arrange face-to-face meetings here at LFI or one of our team will come to you to see the issues first hand. Once we have fully defined the requirements and come up with at least one solution, we will present you with drawings and quotations, we can also produce samples for physical evaluation if needed.
Once you have signed off on the solution you are happy with simply place your order and we will manufacture and deliver it to your door.
