TuFF STEEL
SINGLE INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY STEEL POLE LADDERS
With its TuFF design, this British ladder is built for the even harshest industrial environments. The TuFF Steel pole ladder is a specialist steel ladder created for use with scaffolding and comes available in lengths up to 8m. Manufactured from cold-rolled, precision-engineered steel with a hot-dip galvanised coil to guarantee a maximum strength to weight ratio and resistance to corrosion.
The TuFF Steel also comes with a non-sparking finish. This allows you to stay safe using our single pole ladder when working in highly flammable environments. Plus, with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, you’re guaranteed toughness that lasts.
TuFF POLE
INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY TIMBER POLE LADDERS
A specialist timber pole ladder designed for use in scaffolding, we have been handcrafting the TuFF Pole wooden ladder using traditional methods for over 75 years. Our TuFF Pole ladder is available in lengths up to 5.5m, and it’s ideal for tough industrial environments. It meets the strength requirements of BS2037 Class 1, and is rated to a maximum load and duty rating of 150kgs.
This British heavy-duty timber pole ladder is made from sustainably sourced Scandinavian spruce & eastern European birch. Its hardwood rungs have been tested to over 300kgs for maximum robustness, whilst the steel tie-roads under each rung make it a rigid and durable structure. Complete with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, you’re scaffolding ladder has guaranteed toughness to lasts.
TuFF EssGee STEP
THE PERFECT SCAFFOLDING HOP-UP
Specially designed to improve safety when erecting scaffolding, the TuFF EssGee Step scaffolding hop up platform is a safe way to access guardrails on the next lift of scaffolding whilst safely contained within the existing scaffold structure. Manufactured using Class 1 ladder section with a 150kg maximum load it meets the requirements of NASC code of practice. Transportation is a breeze, fold the hop up platform flat, and away you go.
With heavy-duty tri-rungs and a 3-way crimp & swage design, this offers maximum durability and comfort when climbing.
TuFF BOARD & HANDRAIL SYSTEM
HEAVY-DUTY CLASS 1 STAGING BOARD
Come rain or shine, blazing heat, or freezing temperatures, the TuFF Board can take it all. Constructed from Class 3 marine plywood decking and a Phenyl mesh coating to give maximum durability and grip when it’s needed.
Possessing a heavy-duty, lightweight aluminium frame with oversized aluminium bearers at 290mm intervals which have been crimped & swagged into position. The decking is supported throughout the full length of the staging board by an integral lip on the stiles, plus the rubber inserts in the underside prevent movement when in use.
