TuFF STEEL
SINGLE INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY STEEL POLE LADDERS
With its TuFF design, this British ladder is built for the even harshest industrial environments. The TuFF Steel pole ladder is a specialist steel ladder created for use with scaffolding and comes available in lengths up to 8m. Manufactured from cold-rolled, precision-engineered steel with a hot-dip galvanised coil to guarantee a maximum strength to weight ratio and resistance to corrosion.
The TuFF Steel also comes with a non-sparking finish. This allows you to stay safe using our single pole ladder when working in highly flammable environments. Plus, with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, you’re guaranteed toughness that lasts.
TuFF POLE
INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY TIMBER POLE LADDERS
A specialist timber pole ladder designed for use in scaffolding, we have been handcrafting the TuFF Pole wooden ladder using traditional methods for over 70 years. Our TuFF Pole ladder is available in lengths up to 5.5m, and it’s ideal for tough industrial environments. It meets the strength requirements of BS2037 Class 1, and is rated to a maximum load and duty rating of 150kgs.
This British heavy-duty timber pole ladder is made from sustainably sourced Scandinavian spruce & eastern European birch. Its hardwood rungs have been tested to over 300kgs for maximum robustness, whilst the steel tie-roads under each rung make it a rigid and durable structure. Complete with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, you’re scaffolding ladder has guaranteed toughness to lasts.
TuFF EssGee STEP
THE PERFECT SCAFFOLDING HOP-UP
Specially designed to improve safety when erecting scaffolding, the TuFF EssGee Step scaffolding hop up platform is a safe way to access guardrails on the next lift of scaffolding whilst safely contained within the existing scaffold structure. Manufactured using Class 1 ladder section with a 175kg maximum load it meets the requirements of NASC code of practice. Transportation is a breeze, fold the hop up platform flat, and away you go. A 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty is also included with our heavy duty hop up work platform.

HEAVY-DUTY CLASS 1 STAGING BOARD
Come rain or shine, blazing heat, or freezing temperatures, the TuFF Board can take it all. Constructed from Class 3 marine plywood decking and a Phenyl mesh coating to give maximum durability and grip when it’s needed.
Possessing a heavy-duty, lightweight aluminium frame with oversized aluminium bearers at 290mm intervals which have been crimped & swagged into position. The decking is supported throughout the full length of the staging board by an integral lip on the stiles, plus the rubber inserts in the underside prevent movement when in use.

INDUSTRIAL HEAVY-DUTY EN131-PROFESSIONAL ALUMINIUM STEP LADDER
Tuff steps for tough use, the TuFF Step has been manufactured with a heavy-duty 3mm thick, 5 Bar chequer plate high grip platform and deep 80mm serrated non-slip treads with ridge reinforcement & double riveting at each corner. Large ribbed channel section stiles, box section back legs, steel hinge & reinforced bottom tread & horns offer improved resistance to heavy usage whilst the hard-wearing, non-slip feet give maximum grip on all floor surfaces.
Manufactured to the latest cutting-edge standard the TuFF Step meet the new improved torsion & durability test in BS EN131-2:2010 + A2:2017 and has been tested to a gruelling 50,000 cycle “climbing” durability test. Not only that, they meet all strength requirements of BS2037 Class 1 plus they are rated to a maximum load and duty rating of 150kgs and come with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Available as a professional swingback step ladder or professional platform step ladder with options of 3 to 12 treads, or a swingback step that includes a choice of 4 to 14 treads. Optional single, or double-sided handrails are also available to create an extra safe step ladder with handles.

The robust fixed-frame Machine Step is designed specifically for servicing machinery. Available as a single or double-sided step with 3 to 7 treads, and optional single or double handrails too, the strong but lightweight aluminium & steel construction gives a maximum load & duty rating of 150kgs.
Its large 420x400mm chequer plate platform gives ample workspace & grip, whilst the deep 80mm serrated non-slip treads with ridge reinforcement & double riveting at each corner gives maximum durability and comfort when working at height. The Machine Step also comes with large ribbed channel section stiles, box section back legs, reinforced bottom tread & horns for improved resistance to heavy usage. A 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty is also included.

Available as a single, double or triple section ladder that can extend up to 10m, the TuFF Extender supersedes the latest standards to offer the best durability on the market. It has been stress tested to 20% higher loads than EN131 requires to give Class 1 durability, and meets strength & slip-tests in BS EN131-2:2010 + A2:2017.
The unique TuFF rungs give industry-leading strength and durability, and orientate flat when erected at the correct climbing angle. INDUSTRIAL ALUMINIUM MOBILE 3T SCAFFOLD TOWERS
The LFI TuFF Tower is a British manufactured, mobile scaffold tower for professional use indoor or outdoor. Constructed from a heavy-duty BSI Kitemarked 2″ 16 gauge aluminium tube that complies with BS EN1004, our industrial scaffolding tower is available with a choice of widths and lengths with a maximum working height of up to 14.2m.
With a 3T erection and dismantling method, colour-coded bracing system and frame locking clips that are secured to the frame for safekeeping, it offers a simplified assembly process taking an approximated 15 minutes to erect. Heavy-duty dual locking castors, oversized aluminium fixing to the outriggers, one-piece folding toe boards and non-slip platforms give great durability and robustness.
TuFF BRIDGE
HEAVY-DUTY ACCESS PLATFORM
Manufactured from Class 3 marine plywood decking and a Phenyl mesh coating to give maximum durability and grip when you need it. Possessing a heavy-duty, lightweight aluminium frame with oversized aluminium bearers which have been crimped & swagged into position.
The TuFF Bridge is available in sizes up to 1.5m high and 7m long with a maximum distributed load rating of 270Kgs. This versatile product can be customised with widths of 450mm or 600mm, extendable ladder sections, and additional handrails.
